
Cutting this squash open was no small feat. And yes I did tell myself to avoid bumps-bruises-and-mishaps! And no! – I didn’t sustain any injury! Gosh – what a question!

This baby size blue hubbard is in amazingly good condition. This is the longest I have had squash and pumpkins last. Just about every week I have baked one or two and used them in soups, scones, pies, and side dishes. We will miss them!
